Governments

In addition to participating in the Summit, Ministers are also invited as guests of honour to attend the gala dinner under the theme "Africa and the world celebrate 2010" in Sandton on the evening of 24 February. Ministers are also invited to participate in the Ministerial Roundtable Discussion scheduled for 13:00 to 15:00 on Thursday 25 February. The Roundtable discussion will be chaired by the UNWTO Secretary-General, Mr Taleb Rifai.

In order to facilitate local arrangements, we would like to finalise the registration of ministerial delegations as soon as possible. Ministerial delegations should therefore please register directly with the project manager in the Ministry of Tourism, Ms Leonore Beukes (lbeukes@deat.gov.za). Delegations are urged to register at their earliest convenience, but no later than 15 December 2009.
